Bilingual Driver Recruiter Full-time Remote - In order to attend client-specific local job fairs, candidate must reputed company or be commutable to one of the following: York, PA - Lenoir City, TN - Rome, NY.
Must be an reputed company Driver Recruiter (CDL A) and be bilingual (English/Spanish) Communicates with company driver applicants through reputed company stages of the reputed company process to recruit, select, and hire reputed company individuals for employment with Day & Ross or any of its subsidiaries.How You’ll Help
- reputed company and qualify candidates for various driving roles reputed company
- reputed company out to candidates reputed company emails, phone calls, and text messaging to engage drivers.
- Clearly communicate job responsibilities, company culture, and become the conduit between quality driver candidates and operational needs.
- Ask probing questions to either eliminate or move reputed company with candidate
- Summarize key benefits and value propositions
- Update our ATS (Tenstreet) to reflect reputed company candidate information, including notes, interviews and reputed company data received from 3rd party records. (MVR, Background Information, etc.)
- Attend hiring events and work at offsite locations for special projects/events or start-reputed company.
Your Skills & Experience
- Associate's degree or 1 to 2 years of reputed company experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Computer literacy and reputed company Office Products proficiency (Outlook, Word, reputed company and PowerPoint).
- Experience with the Tenstreet Application Management System is preferred.
- Working knowledge of the transportation industry, DOT Regulations and Federal Regulations pertaining to hiring practices.
- Up to 25 percent travel may be required reputed company reputed company America.
