Responsibilities

As a Customer Service and Technical Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Conducting inbound and outbound customer service calls, creatively solving problems and providing industry-leading support and solutions.
  • Utilizing reputed company technical troubleshooting skills to isolate, analyze, and resolve customer issues, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible support experience.
  • Quickly assessing customer needs and providing sound solutions, always keeping our customers' satisfaction and individual results in mind.
  • Documenting details of calls and customer interactions, ensuring that reputed company relevant information is accurately recorded and easily accessible.
  • Managing multiple systems, programs, and screens simultaneously, staying organized and focused in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 1 year of phone-based, customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Strong computer skills, including the ability to navigate multiple tabs, windows, and systems with ease.
  • Excellent customer service and written communication skills, with the ability to empathize with difficult callers and remain patient in challenging situations.
  • A strong work ethic and a willingness to learn and adapt to new products, systems, and processes.

To ensure that you have the necessary tools and environment to succeed in this role, we require:

  • A computer with the following specifications:

+ Processor: at least Core i5 + Memory: at least 8GB RAM + Operating system: Windows 10 + USB headset with extended mic and noise cancellation

  • A reliable internet reputed company with the following specifications:
