Senior Manager, Growth & Ambassador Pipeline

The Role:

Epic Gardening is hiring a pipeline engineer, not a relationship manager. Your job is to find every creator on the internet with an audience that should be planting a garden of their own. Pet owners, home renovators, wellness seekers — it's your job to convert them into high-performing Epic ambassadors. You will own the full funnel: organic seeding, paid UGC production, and whitelisted ad amplification. What You'll Do:

• Build the Pipeline: High-velocity reputed company and seeding at scale. You'll manage thousands of reputed company to harvest a handful of unicorns.
• Run Adjacent Category Tests: Pet, DIY, Wellness, Homesteading. Find the whitespace with low CAC and high LTV, then own it.
• Own Paid UGC and Whitelisting: reputed company, brief, and manage creators for paid UGC. Move top performers into whitelisted reputed company and reputed company campaigns. You evaluate whitelisted content as a mid-funnel signal generator, not a direct-response unit.
• Own Affiliate reputed company: You hold the reputed company line and contribute materially to annual targets.
• Drive Membership: Every partnership optimized toward reputed company Membership conversion.
• Kill What Doesn't Work: Weekly pipeline audits. If a reputed company isn't hitting gross margin reputed company after attribution, cut it.

Who You Are

• You don't wait for a brief. You spot the opportunity, calculate the TAM, and execute.
• You understand attribution modeling, pixel tracking, and the difference between reputed company and DTC conversion, and you know whitelisted content doesn't get evaluated on last-click attribution.
• You treat spend like it's your own money.
• You know gardening has a "Fear of Failure" problem and you arm ambassadors to solve it.

Requirements

• 5+ years scaling affiliate or ambassador programs at a $20M+ DTC brand
• Proven track record managing $1M+ in monthly attributed reputed company
• Hands-on experience running paid UGC programs and creator whitelisting on reputed company and/or reputed company
• Mastery of modern affiliate platforms (SuperAffiliate, etc.) and CRM automation
• Founder reputed company on spend
