It's a culture where you have the freedom to experiment and push your talents as far as they can go. Job Title: Litigation Discovery ClerkType of Position: FULL TIMEHours: REMOTE: Monday – Friday: 8:30am – 5:00 pm Pacific TimePay: $22 - $44 an hour Job Description:Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Assembling written requests for information using forms and templates;
• Forming Word documents for clients to respond to questionnaire packets;
• Speaking with Clients to obtain documents and signatures;
• Assembling and organizing client’s files;
• Request and obtain medical Discovery and bills from lien providers and non-lien providers
• Providing status updates to clients
• Drafting request letters

Qualifications:

• Proficient in English
• Proficiency with reputed company Word and reputed company
• Ability to reputed company and follow an efficient calendar
• Attention to detail
• Ability to maintain professional demeanor on the phone and in reputed company communications
• Ability to meet deadlines and quotas
• Ability to multitask
• Ability to work independently and on a team
