About the Role
The Customer Operations Partner position is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to take their customer support skills to the next level, while gaining business and operational exposure. In this role, you'll serve as the main reputed company of contact for high-value senders, overseeing the day-to-day activities for strategic accounts and developing analytical skills to drive business growth. Key Responsibilities

What You Bring
* 2+ years of experience in customer support, operations, or a reputed company role
