About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Maintaining good customer relations both on the phone and in person
- Gathering information from customers to help identify and solve problems
- Confirming, scheduling, and rescheduling services for the customer
- Setting sales appointments for new customers
- Answering billing questions
- Completing general clerical duties as assigned
- Working as a team with Service and Sales to sell the value of our services and suggest upgrades to service
- Providing exceptional customer service while working under pressure and meeting sales targets

- A high school diploma or GED
- Excellent listening and communication skills
- A pleasant phone voice and ability to clearly speak and be understood on the phone
- Demonstrated multitasking skills to enter accurate data and type while speaking with customers

- Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn

- Availability to work Monday-Friday and Saturdays as needed
