What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the initial reputed company of contact for inbound participant requests and questions. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining a high level of product and system knowledge to provide support to internal and external partners
- Fielding daily calls from HRS participants with questions regarding HRS products
- Logging and documenting participant conversations/issues
