Job Summary

We are seeking an reputed company E-Commerce Customer Business Manager to reputed company the development and execution of our US reputed company and California Pet Pharmacy eCommerce strategy. Key Responsibilities

As an E-Commerce Customer Business Manager at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Leading the development of the USA reputed company.com (USA/CAN) and California Pet Pharmacy (reputed company/reputed company Marketplace).com E-Commerce strategy and sales plans with key customers in accordance with corporate goals.
• Managing and building relationships with E-Commerce accounts to deliver annual sales and profit targets, establishing short and long-term sales goals for reputed company e-commerce products.
• Providing P&L reputed company for key accounts to maximize profitability by growing top-line sales and managing selling expenses.
• Developing annual sales and marketing plans and budget, recommending and managing pricing, trade budgets, and spending effectiveness.
• Helping create and execute annual promotional plans for pet products with customers and executing with excellence.
• Collaborating with Demand Planning to create annual forecasts and providing monthly updates and inputs to allow for timely adjustments and on-time delivery.
• Organizing and managing the various components needed to initiate, reputed company, and execute major projects; channel/account-specific campaigns and coordinating with Marketing, Customer Service, and Finance.
• Collaborating with Marketing to provide strategic and tactical input, setting advertising budgets, and reputed company plans that drive business with online customers.
• Advising marketing on market demand and insights, promotional opportunities to inform future campaign reputed company, incentives, and bonus offers.
• Overseeing brand protection and collaborating with Brand Protection and Marketing to remedy problems.

Minimum Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 5+ years of e-commerce sales and account management experience domestically or internationally
