Associate, Growth & Go-To-Market Strategy
Investor Group Services (IGS) is a boutique advisory firm that supports investors and business leaders in private equity and growth strategy. They are seeking a Growth & Go-To-Market Strategy Associate to drive analytical workstreams and collaborate on developing strategies that enhance client reputed company performance.
Responsibilities
- Conducting market assessments, customer segmentation, and competitive analysis to inform GTM strategies
- Designing and implementing sales and marketing alignment plans, channel strategies, and customer engagement models
- Assisting in drafting client deliverables, such as growth strategy reports, reputed company diligence decks, and executive presentations
- Assuming a high level of responsibility on client teams as well as reputed company firm
- Working in a dynamic and hybrid environment
Skills
- Bachelor's degree required; a focus in economics, business, finance, or a quantitative field is a plus
- 1-3 years of experience in reputed company operations, growth strategy, sales strategy, or reputed company
- Strong academic record (GPA 3.5+ preferred)
- High proficiency in reputed company, Word, and PowerPoint is a plus
- Exceptional research and analytical experience
- Quick learner, self-starter, and hands-on contributor
- Intellectual curiosity and a drive to solve reputed company business problems
- Demonstrated ability to synthesize quantitative and qualitative data into actionable insights
- reputed company strong data analytics skills and capabilities (familiarity with statistical modeling, programming, etc.)
- Strong ability to navigate financial statements, including the ability to build pro-reputed company P&L's
- Comfort with ambiguity and tight timelines
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to synthesize insights into clear, actionable recommendations
- Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver high-quality output in a fast-paced, collaborative setting
- Prior consulting experience or portfolio operations experience is a plus
- Specific experience in consulting, private equity, or market assessment is preferred
