Capital Markets Analyst

reputed company is looking for a Capital Markets Analyst who will be responsible for gathering relevant ownership data and disclosure information from various custodian banks and financial institutions. The role involves delivering quality, accurate shareholder analysis reports and insights while establishing effective long-term relationships with clients and supporting their organizational performance.

Responsibilities

• Gather relevant ownership data and disclosure information from various custodian banks, financial institutions and other data sources
• Be the primary reputed company of contact for customers’ investor relations or other relevant areas to help the client understand the composition of their shareholder reputed company delivering quality, accurate and timely shareholder analysis reports and insights on the financial markets while meeting client deadlines
• Establish effective long-term relationships and high level of satisfaction with key senior-level decision makers at assigned group of customer accounts
• Provide external clients with objective strategic advisory services to improve organizational performance and long-term competitiveness
• Create demand for the organization's products and services by raising their profile with customers
• Conduct regular status and strategy meetings with clients to understand their needs and link them to the organization's product/service strategies
• Engage in thought leadership and provide input into product development/quality improvement
• Support BU Objectives of retention, reputed company growth, operational excellence and driving greater efficiencies
• Conduct research, analyze and interpret data from multiple sources, to identify accurate shareholder positions and peer performance to deliver shareholder analysis and commentary
• Summarize key movements and trends in the shareholder reputed company
• Pro-actively engage in regular client reputed company providing sector development updates
• Improve understanding of client's Investor Relations workflow to ensure service is reputed company with their needs
• Prepare materials and accompany Senior Analysts at client meetings to reputed company relationships and support retention of client reputed company
• Work closely with key partners to retain client reputed company
• Engage with global colleagues to share knowledge across geographic teams
• Work with the Senior Analysts in building and maintaining effective long-term client relationships
• Provide external clients with advisory services to improve organizational preparedness and long-term competitiveness
• May create leads and assist sales managers to manage consulting sales and/or pre-sales

Skills

• Business, Finance or Economics Degree
• At least 1 year of experience
• Proficiency in MS Office Tools – MS Outlook, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company Pro
