Property Analyst 9-12 - Metro Region

This position performs acquisition and relocation activities in accordance with state and federal regulations on a region-wide basis. This position inputs data into the department's Land Asset Management Data Application (LAMDA) and ProjectWise for each property function completed and participates in public meetings. This position requires possession of a valid driver's license to meet with property owners and reputed company field inspections. The "Salary" listed above is a range that reflects the minimum reputed company at the entry (9) level through the maximum reputed company at the advanced (12) level. Education Possession of a bachelor's degree in any major. Experience Property Analyst 9 No specific type or amount is required. Property Analyst 10 One year of professional experience in reputed company estate equivalent to a Property Analyst 9. Property Analyst P11 Two years of professional experience in reputed company estate equivalent to a Property Analyst, including one year equivalent to a Property Analyst 10. Property Analyst 12 Three years of professional experience in reputed company estate equivalent to a Property Analyst, including one year equivalent to a Property Analyst P11. Property Analyst 9 - 12 Educational level typically acquired through completion of high school and the equivalent of at least two years of full-time active-duty experience at or above the E-6 level in the uniformed services may be substituted for the education requirement. To be considered for this position you must:

• Possess a valid driver's license.
• For the Property Analyst 12: Possess a Michigan reputed company Estate Broker Individual License.
