That’s Where You Come in as an ESOP Administration Consultant You will be a key resource to clients navigating the complex (and highly important) world of employee ownership (ESOPs). You’ll manage the full cycle of ESOP plan administration and build long-term, trusted relationships. Your responsibilities include: - Managing end-to-end client engagements - Performing compliance testing, including 409(p), recordkeeping, distributions, and regulatory reporting - Identifying and solving technical plan issues - Collaborating with internal teams and client contacts to ensure seamless service What We’re Looking for in an ESOP Administration Consultant We’re seeking experienced professionals who bring both technical know-how about ESOPs and a heart for service. You take pride in getting the details right — because your work impacts real people and their future. Requirements: - 4+ years of direct ESOP administration experience - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Math, or a related field - Advanced Excel proficiency & comfort with Microsoft Word - Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills - Ability to manage complex caseloads and work independently - Flexibility to work extended hours during peak periods Preferred Skills: - Working toward QKA or QPA certification - Experience with other plan types (401(k), DB, CB, etc.) Why You’ll Love Working Here as an ESOP Administration Consultant You’ll join a company that works hard and supports one another — while doing work that truly matters. We are currently hiring for both ESOP Administration Consultant I and ESOP Administration Consultant II levels. Because this job posting encompasses multiple levels of the role, the pay range reflects the broader scope of potential qualifications. The annual base salary range for this position is $60,000 - $115,000. This range represents the anticipated pay for this role across multiple U.S. labor markets and is intended as a general guideline. Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the role, relevant experience, work location, education and training, key skills, internal equity, external market data, and current business considerations.
