Job Summary:

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our global customer support team in Mexico City, Mexico. As a customer support representative, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers through various communication channels, including written correspondence (emails, chats) and verbal communication (phone calls). You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to drive tasks that improve the performance and effectiveness of support content, ensuring a fantastic customer experience.

Responsibilities:

As a customer support representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer support through various communication channels, including written correspondence (emails, chats) and verbal communication (phone calls)
  • Analyzing customer problems and finding solutions or workarounds to resolve them
  • Demonstrating reputed company and patience reputed company managing customer frustrations
  • Having a thorough knowledge of arenaflex's products, services, and subscription plans
  • Multitasking and handling multiple customer inquiries simultaneously

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., communications, customer service, or a reputed company field)
  • Three+ years of experience in customer support or a reputed company field
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage reputed company tasks across multiple teams
  • Customer support and/or editorial experience is a plus
