About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated reputed company sales hire who will shape how reputed company shows up in the health system and provider network spaces. You'll open doors at major health systems and large physician groups that are struggling to meet their patients' mental health needs. Then you'll help them design referral partnerships that actually work. You'll build relationships with clinical leadership, understand their operational challenges, and connect them with our network of behavioral health providers. This role sits reputed company our growing Partnerships team and reports directly to our Director of B2B Partnerships. You’ll be collaborating cross-functionally with many different roles reputed company reputed company as these partnerships touch nearly reputed company aspects of the business. Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of reputed company professional experience in reputed company sales reputed company the reputed company / healthtech industry
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a consultative selling environment. Documentation of rankings / performance required
  • Strong knowledge of health systems, their organizational structures, and purchasing processes
  • Excellent sales communication, presentation, technology, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience at a high-growth start-up
  • 3+ years of experience selling a product that required ongoing personal account management
  • Has managed and grown a >$1M territory / book of business
  • Experience working on cross-functional teams where your wins were dependent on the activities of others
  • Highly organized individual capable of moving several large opportunities, each with multiple contacts, reputed company effectively
