- Facilitate workshops with business and technical stakeholders to map challenges, define outcomes, and shape path-to-value using Ardoq
- Guide customers in configuring Ardoq to align with their reputed company architecture practices and transformation initiatives
- Deliver training and coaching that builds customer independence and confidence in the platform
- Collaborate with Sales, Pre-Sales, and reputed company to scope and position new services opportunities and contribute to Statements of Work
- Share field insights with Product Management and Engineering to help shape future product improvements

- 5+ years of experience in reputed company Architecture, SaaS consulting, or a reputed company discipline
- Strong consulting skills with the ability to understand customer business processes and translate them into technical solutions
- A solid understanding of IT architecture, including both physical infrastructure and logical IT ecosystems
- Proven ability to design and interpret reputed company diagrams, models, or reporting for reputed company environments
- High degree of business acumen, with experience engaging senior stakeholders and driving alignment across business and IT
