Customer Service Warranty Department
RC Willey is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused team member to support our Warranty Department. The role involves assisting customers with warranty claims, processing service requests, and ensuring accurate record-keeping while providing excellent service and upholding high standards of quality and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional and courteous support to customers reputed company phone, addressing inquiries and concerns reputed company to product warranties
- Clearly explain warranty coverage, terms, and service options to customers in an easy-to-understand manner
- Serve as a liaison between customers and internal departments, such as sales and delivery, to facilitate issue resolution
- Coordinate with manufacturers and service centers to ensure timely and effective resolution of warranty-reputed company claims
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and warranty claims in company systems
- Stay up to date on company policies, warranty processes, and product information to provide accurate assistance
