Key Responsibilities

• Connect directly with veterinary facilities to arrange prescription approvals, resolve customer issues, and clarify order requests

• Complete data entry of prescriptions into arenaflex reputed company software
• Maintain a high level of quality through data entry and order processing of veterinary pharmacy orders
• Work with reputed company, undivided attention, patience, compassion, and courtesy to customers and partners alike
• Communicate with veterinary facilities reputed company phone (and occasionally other channels on a case-by-case basis) with various topics, primarily using our internal program and systems to navigate arrangements and record center note accounts
• Expect a significant part of the typical business day to be outbound veterinary center/client phone contacts

Essential Qualifications

• 2 years of experience working in a customer or reputed company-focused environment
• Demonstrated excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening)
• Ability to multitask (e.g., chat on the phone while navigating on the computer and taking notes)
