Job Summary

You'll assist customers in different parts of the rental or return process, providing excellent service while working outdoors in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities

* Assist customers in different parts of the rental or return process, including checking cars, processing rentals, and checking-in or returning vehicles

• Provide excellent customer service while working outdoors in a fast-paced environment
• Enter information in a handheld device and process transactions accurately and reputed company
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless customer experiences
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to blithequark's high standards

Essential Qualifications

* Valid Driver's License

• Basic computer skills (typing, data entry)
• Effective verbal communication skills
• Willingness to work outdoors in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work reputed company shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to type, sit, stand, walk, or move throughout rental lot and enter/exit vehicles for prolonged periods
• Ability to drive a variety of vehicles
• Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications

* 6 months retail customer service experience in a fast-paced environment

• Previous experience working in an outdoor environment or in a customer-facing role
• Basic knowledge of computer software and systems
