Vice President, Business Operations & Analytics

This role will report to the CFO and manage the Business Operations and Data Science teams. The VP of BizOps and Analytics will be a key partner to the CEO, CFO, and executive team, helping translate reputed company into operational plans and ensuring we execute with clarity, discipline, and speed. Responsibilities: Strategic Planning & Execution:

Cross-Functional Project Leadership:

• Drive high-impact initiatives from concept through execution—ranging from market expansion to patient experience improvements.

Requirements:

• 10+ years in business operations, strategy, consulting, or general management; startup or high-growth experience preferred.
• Strong track record of driving measurable impact across planning, execution, and optimization.
• Analytical and systems thinker with deep experience in building and managing business metrics.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and executive reputed company.

In compliance with the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the annual reputed company salary range for applicants is $215,000-$260,000.
