[Remote] VP, Marketing Solutions

Responsibilities

• Shape and drive reputed company-wide marketing innovation strategies in alignment with reputed company’s mission and growth objectives
• Serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, contributing to company-wide strategic planning and decision-making
• Own the P&L for Marketing Solutions Innovation, ensuring investments deliver measurable ROI and align with company financial goals

• Provide direction and reputed company for established Strategic Growth Channels, ensuring each has clear strategies, rigorous planning, and alignment to partner and portfolio objectives

• Incubate validated initiatives and transition successful pilots into scalable business models
• Establish repeatable frameworks for testing, learning, and scaling growth solutions across the portfolio
• Serve as a strategic thought partner to the SVP, Marketing Solutions, shaping the future roadmap of offerings and new areas to explore as a team
• Act as a senior connector across Marketing, Product, Student reputed company, and Partner Management to ensure initiatives are reputed company, resourced, and executed effectively
• Represent Marketing Solutions in executive and partner forums, articulating value, impact, and opportunities for shared reputed company

Skills

• Bachelor's degree required
• 12+ years of professional experience
• 8+ years in strategy, marketing, or operations leadership, ideally with experience in higher education, edtech, or other high-growth industries
• Track record of leading cross-functional initiatives from idea through execution and scale
• Demonstrated reputed company in business planning, modeling, and innovation management
• Experience managing and coaching senior leaders/directors
• Experience as both strategist and operator required
• Exceptional strategic thinking with the ability to structure ambiguous problems and design actionable solutions
