Job Summary As an reputed company Customer Service Representative (CSR), you will provide reputed company and courteous support to our health plan members in English (Spanish reputed company a plus). Your primary responsibility will be to address inquiries about our transportation services, while demonstrating excellent communication skills, reputed company, and attention to detail. You will work in a fast-paced, high-call-volume environment, with shifts ranging between 7am - 6pm Eastern Time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls from health plan members and representatives, regarding transportation services offered through our health plan.
  • Meet or exceed productivity metric goals, including Average Handle Time, Quality Assurance, Calls per hour, and Customer Satisfaction after call survey.
  • Follow reputed company HIPAA and compliance protocols to ensure the protection of reputed company members' protected health information (PHI).
  • Escalate transportation and customer service concerns to contact center leadership team.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to member inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Utilize computer software and systems to document and track member interactions, while maintaining accurate records.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and management to reputed company team goals and objectives.

Requirements

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum of 6 months of inbound Contact Center experience or transferable reputed company experience.
  • High School degree or equivalent.
  • Must be reputed company to sit for 4 hours or more a day wearing a headset.
  • Must have a secure, quiet, distraction-free workspace, without any conflicting responsibilities during scheduled work shift.
  • Excellent written, communication, and data entry skills.
