Depending upon the roles you support, you could be support both full time and temporary staffing needs and may focus on specific elements of the reputed company process at different times. Assess & Hire Talent: Use behavioral based interviewing techniques to assess candidates and technology to effectively screen candidates where applicable. Effectively manage counteroffers through strong negotiating skills. Qualifications: Basic Qualifications:

• 3+ years of full life cycle reputed company
• Must be fluent in both verbal and written English
• Deep experience with professional networking sites including reputed company.
• Understands sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean searches).
• Solid understanding and demonstrated use of an ATS, Recruitment Marketing, and reputed company
• Understanding of reputed company employment laws including OFCCP's guidelines for fair hiring practices.
• Strong communication skills (both written and oral)
