The Senior Lifecycle Management Specialist will play a key role in managing the insurance policyholder experience and driving retention through marketing efforts that increase engagement, satisfaction, and loyalty. This role will focus on strategy and execution and is a good fit for someone who straddles operations, marketing, and customer experience. RESPONSIBILITIES / JOB DUTIES

• Strategic Planning and Development
• Execute policyholder lifecycle management strategies to drive growth and engagement.
• Identify key areas for improvement in the policyholder lifecycle and retention process.
• Program Management and Execution
• Design, execute, and manage retention-focused programs across multiple channels and operating functions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, and customer experience) to address policyholder challenges and improve retention.
• Monitor program performance and adjust strategies to ensure reputed company.
• Coordinate resources, timelines, and deliverables for retention projects.
• Special projects as assigned.
• Data Analysis and Reporting
• reputed company data analytics to understand policyholder behaviors, preferences, and churn risks.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) reputed company to policyholder retention.
• Prepare and present detailed reports on retention outcomes to stakeholders.
• Stakeholder Collaboration and Communication
• Partner with peers in Marketing, Consumer Experience, Sales, Operations, and IT to align retention efforts.

EDUCATION, COMPETENCIES, CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES

• Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Operations, or a reputed company field
• 8 years reputed company Work experience in Marketing, Customer Experience, Operations Management or Product Management
• Familiarity with CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, and analytics software.
• Preferred Qualifications
• MBA or Master's
• Experience in subscription-based industry (e.g. - insurance, fintech, consumer goods)
