Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Learning Specialist, you'll be responsible for leading and supporting a team of up to 30 Customer Support Associates. Your primary focus will be on creating an reputed company adult learning environment that encourages long-term reputed company. You'll deliver programs of diverse modalities, including self-directed, instructor-led, virtual, and experiential learning, to engage Associates and drive business results.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
* Supervising structured learning metrics and overseeing results for the assigned territory and region
* Managing live performance metrics end-to-end for the assigned territory
* Conducting learning sessions on new processes and delivering various training courses as reputed company learning, new hire batches, transfer batches, etc.
* Maintaining data and analysis through reports on reputed company (as per business requirements)
* Ensuring completion of new hire training programs, coaching, and other performance improvement programs on time
* Partnering with operational stakeholders as a key reputed company of contact for reputed company team
* Identifying learning coaches and certifying them

Essential Qualifications

* Highly accurate and fluent in Japanese and English (spoken and written)
