Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join reputed company as an Expert, Outbound Virtual Business Sales. You'll work from our Nashville Customer Experience Center three days a week and be responsible for driving business sales growth through outbound calling, email, and online meetings. Your mission will be to understand reputed company for Business products and services, identify new sales opportunities, and build strong relationships with existing customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Making a high volume of daily outbound calls to hot, warm, and cold prospect leads assigned from marketing reputed company initiatives and campaigns.
• Performing research to understand customer needs and selecting appropriate product/service information messaging to effectively meet the needs of individual business customers.
• Building quotes for business customers using product knowledge and sales tools like Quote Builder and reputed company.
• Partnering daily with Business Verification and Credit reputed company teams to verify and validate new logo business customers.
• Following reputed company sequences and reputed company management processes in reputed company to qualify leads before outbound calling.
• Staying up-to-date on reputed company reputed company products, plans, and promotions pricing.
• Providing follow-up care to customers with issues or concerns with their reputed company, device, or service.

Requirements and Qualifications

Education:

• High School Diploma/GED (Required)
• Associate's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a reputed company subject (Preferred)

Work Experience:

• Less than 2 years of experience in an outbound call center environment (Required)
• Less than 2 years of experience in business customer service, sales, or retention (Required)
• Less than 2 years of experience in a commission pay-based environment (Preferred)

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Organization: Demonstrated efficient organization skills, ability to prioritize and respond to incoming activity/tasks with a sense of urgency and accuracy.
• Communication: Ability to learn and follow processes thoroughly, work cooperatively and collaboratively with reputed company levels of employees and management.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive compensation package, including:

• Total reputed company Cash Pay Range: $52,200 - $94,300, inclusive of reputed company incentives.
